PNC has a great culture. I was part of a division that had it challenges but the bank is one of the best. Strong benefits and good people. Senior leadership is strong.

Vice President

If you work hard it pays off. Recently, culture has changed, so employees are not as valued as we should be. Pay and incentives should be higher, and bonuses should not be discretional but based on the actual performance and numbers.
