Pretty good company, low pay

Overall the company isn't bad, benefits are good especially vision and dental. However, the pay is bad for what is expected, and corporate keeps messing with the bonus structure. Retaining dealers is hard when you cannot provide them equipment

Benefits are great.

Really good benefits, and if you’re a manager there is a lot of schedule flexibility. Pay isn’t terrible but should be more for what’s expected of you. If you need a part time job I would definitely recommend it....Show more
