Cool and laid back

I enjoy working here. Managers are cool and your work load isn’t as heavy. Great that schedules are made 3 weeks in advance. I do however, wish I had a set schedule.

Too corporate and depends on management

Your experience will completely depend on how management treats you for the most part. Decorating is fine as long as you can keep up with volume. Raise percentages were decreased the past year and management can be very stingy with giving them out

Easy job

Management turn over is high. They bring on a bunch of kids with zero work ethic, on a power trip to try and run the departments. If you can put up with that job is easy. Plenty of hours. Pay is minimum. Pretty easy to get days off.
