Reviews about Pay and benefits for Package Handler in UPS

Physically Demanding but rewarding

The role is good if you are between jobs or in college/some type of schooling. Otherwise, it can be repetitive and exhausting. There isnt a set schedule so sometimes that can suck, but supervisors tend to be pretty open and accepting and kind if you put in the work.

Great company but not for the faint of heart

UPS is a workout like no other, many shifts are at odd hours and it can be a high stress environment at times. But if you stick it out long term it's a great job with good benefits.

Poorly ran

Decent pay but don’t work too hard otherwise you’ll get harder work for the same pay as someone doing basically nothing. Also not all but a lot of the supervisors are rude and not helpful
