We prioritize these messages to ensure a timely response.

The confidential accommodation process

When you request an accommodation, this is what you can expect:

Interactive dialogue: A member of our Recruiting Coordination team will begin a confidential, interactive dialogue with you to understand your request and explore potential reasonable accommodations to support your participation in the hiring process.

Evaluation and implementation: We will review the request and, where appropriate, coordinate and implement reasonable accommodations during the application, interview, or assessment stages.

Support from Talent Acquisition: Our Talent Acquisition team, including recruiters and hiring team members, will partner with Coordination to ensure requests are handled with care, professionalism, and timely coordination.

Confidentiality: Information related to your accommodation request is confidential and is shared only with individuals who have a legitimate business need to know in order to review, coordinate, or implement the accommodation.
