Indeed offers you open Paid Time Off (PTO) as part of your benefits and perks package. That’s right! We trust you to manage your time off, and as long as it doesn’t negatively impact your productivity, your team, or the business, there is no cap on how much time you can take off. You’ll just need your manager’s approval in advance for any time-off requests.

Parental, Caregiver, Military, and Bereavement
Parental – We want to support you in the early stages of bonding with your child. Indeed’s Continuous Caregiver Leave Benefit is 26 weeks of fully-paid continuous leave within the first year following the birth, adoption, or foster care placement of your child with a return transition period. Non-continuous Caregiver Leave Benefit is 6 weeks of fully-paid leave within the first year following the birth, adoption, or foster care placement of your child.
Both leaves will run concurrently with FMLA leave and any applicable state family or medical leave laws, as allowed or required by law. Talk to your manager if you anticipate any parental leave care needs after you start at Indeed.
Caregiver (non-parental) – Indeed provides up to 15 paid working days to support those who need to care for a family member.
Military Leave – We welcome service members from all military branches and provide up to 15 days of pay continuation for military leave taken in a calendar year.
Bereavement – Indeed provides up to 15 days off for bereavement leave.

In the US, we have rich fertility benefits through our medical plans. Outside the US, we offer a taxable reimbursement benefit to offset the sometimes high costs of starting a family.
