Locations and Pay at Indeed

At Indeed, we align pay based on national and local market data, ensuring compensation reflects the competitive cost of labor in local job markets.

In the United States, most roles are aligned to one of five geographic pay tiers. In some international locations, geographic tiers are also used where local market conditions apply, while other countries may follow a single national pay tier.

Final compensation is determined by a combination of factors, including the role, level, location, and relevant experience. Your recruiter will confirm how location is considered for your specific role during the hiring process.
