Great training. Beautiful teamwork. Flexible hours. I was a temporary employee, so I can't say much on benefits and PTO/Vacation. Working seasonally was fun, but I wouldn't work full time. Hours can fluctuate....Show more

Decent place to work
Backroom Team Member
Decent place to work, rewarded for extra effort. Slow raises. Pays the bills. Co workers are often lazy. Management is very important, some stores have great management and some have terrible. Depends on location

Great Benefits
Backroom Associate
Target offer great medical, dental, and eye insurance along with 401k and numerous other benefits. Pay was alright but turnover rate is high for team members, Team Leads, and Departmental Team Leads. Not the worst place I have worked but not the best either.
