What was nice about working at Target is they gave you a lot of freedom when it comes to your desired times, so I would normally get scheduled for morning - mid shifts, which went really well and contributed well to a work life balance. I was mainly in the starbucks department, workers were cool. Management sucks. Hours were good, sometimes but not always. Guests weren’t the greatest
