Contracting company, culture ok, really depends on the client. They push internal learning but if you are on bench you are on your own to get hired if they dont have contracts lined up.

Good company. Decent benefits. The usual consulting gig. Life and work depend on the client you work with. They will lay you off if you are on bench too long. Same like other consulting firms.
