Pay is good, hybrid available and good benefits. You are undertrained and overworked but it’s very downplayed. CSR - Customer Service Representative
It’s a very cool place to work for. I don’t like the Job security they lay off a lot. They have grace benefits and starting pay is decent. I work OVN so it was a pay incentive for that.

I worked there awhile ago and enjoyed my time there, great co-workers and you could not beat the benefits. They have a really good training program as well.
