If you're an ETL then you're set. Lower level employees don't get as many benefits, but are held to higher standards than the management. It's not a tough job, but dealing with guests who yell and cuss at you sometimes makes you reconsider job choices. The people you work directly with will treat you well, but don't expect it from everyone. All Target stores are different. Target is anything from folding clothes, pushing product, cashiering, returns, setting shelves, etc. The hardest part sometimes is not having the support from upper management when it comes to dealing with guest issues. It's about making the guest happy, regardless of the employees in the situation. It's understandable to want to make the guest happy, but not at the expense of the employees mental health. It's really not a terrible place to work. The support from those directly working with you is wonderful. It's great teamwork.
