No work life balance

Super high strong culture, with no work life balance. You either fully immerse yourself or don’t bother at all. Money is good but not worth it IMO. Sales managers will shame you in front of your peers (specially if they don’t like you)

Fun workplace but hard job

Applying for a sales rep starts you in the field. The training goes beyond to prepare you. However, be prepared to do D2D sales before fully taking on sales role. As this is a key requirement based on performance in the field before moving up. But the over environment of the workplace is great.

Rewarding opportunity for those who work hard. Hours can be long but you get out what you put in. Management is supportive and wants to see employees grow and be successful.
