Reviews about Pay and benefits for Stocker in Target

Micromanage

Decent work but repetitive. Standard department store stocking experience. Some managers are better than others. There is definitely some micromanaging and wanting you to go fast but not too bad if you don’t mind repetitive work.

Inclusive work place

Generally flexible and never had many complaints. I'm a disabled individual so receiving such positive feedback for accomodations from my managers was always nice.

Fast paced & tempo

Pay is bare minimum & alot of micromanaging but besides that pretty good. Alot of multi tasking & picking up the slack of others but once you get in the groove it's not a bad job to have. Hours do fluctuate so good for a 2nd job to add to your income.
