Training was amazing! Store assignment started out amazing then took a turn for the worst with a store manager shift. There were so many things wrong with this store when I joined the team that no one person could fix them all in the short time I was there. Not to mention, ETL's (Executive Team Leaders) are expected to work way to many hours.
When you are offered the position, you are told that you will only need to work 50hrs week, but the reality is that depending on the store, you are expected to work far more than that. 50 hours seems doable until you are working 40 minutes from your house getting off at 12 am and expected to be back at 7. It was a nightmare of an experience at best.
If you have children and/or a family, I would definitely say steer clear of this place. Most retail positions ruin relationships and this one is no outlier.
great benefits, 100% short term disability
no work life balance, senior management
