Reviews about Pay and benefits for Team Leader in Target

January 25, 2024

High Volume, Fast Paced

Was okay. Very fast paced. Lack of training. Management often had unreasonable expectations set for one singular person to complete stuff in a day. Good benefits

Good Management, but overtaking for the pay

Depends on your store, but I enjoyed my time at the North First Ave store tremendously and liked all my coworkers. The workload can get heavy depending on time of year but that is typical

Decent but unrealistic expectations

Overall the job, benefits, and hours are good. However, too much is expected of you and there’s never enough time to do what needs done. It can be super stressful when things go wrong but that’s retail for you.
