Tips for interview success

Review your resume and recall specific work experiences you may want to share. Determine the projects you’ve participated in that best exemplify your skills, accomplishments, and abilities.

Practice the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) before your interviews. It’s proven to help clearly display your skills and experience.

Always ask clarifying questions, even if you are sure you know how to solve the problem. We value curiosity and thoughtful inquiry.

Prepare your own questions in advance. Your interview is the perfect opportunity to learn as much as possible about the role and Indeed.

Get to know your interviewers. Once interviews are scheduled, review their roles and backgrounds to help you engage more meaningfully and demonstrate preparation and genuine interest.
