The job score visualizes the impact of changes that optimize a job’s performance. This score brings the most impactful optimizations directly to your attention and drives positive actions. The goal of this new feature is to make it easier for you to adopt job optimizations that can improve job performance. Adding details to your job can increase your job score and contribute to higher quality candidates.
Once you’ve posted a job, the job score will only be visible to you (employers) next to the job itself. You will also receive a regular “job competitiveness” notification which references the job score. Today, this score is only visible for jobs that we pull from your ATS or career site, in the near future this score will be visible on all jobs.

Employer products are moving to one shared experience, including a common navigation model. The left navigation model modernizes the Employer space and organizes Employer workflows, while allowing the Employer ecosystem to scale as we offer users more products. This change is rolling out throughout summer 2022.

On May 10th, Indeed launched its first Small Business Hiring Fund delivering $50 million to aid hiring efforts and hasten the speed of small business recovery. The Fund is designed to address the pain points of small business hiring needs. With hiring identified as holding small businesses back, the Fund offers U.S.-based small and medium businesses up to $500 in Sponsored Job credits to apply toward finding their next hire when they conduct an interview using Indeed.

You can now easily access the Interviews Tab in the sub navigation once you’re logged in to conduct interviews. You can access all forms of interviews: In-person, Phone, Indeed Video and Third Party video.

You can now add multiple interviewers via a link. When an interviewer joins via a link, they’ll be granted Guest permissions which allows them to share their screen, use the chat feature and blur backgrounds.
