1. More time to review candidates on pay per application pricing

We heard your feedback and have extended the time to review applications from 48 hours to 72 hours. This means you can review applications that are submitted over the weekend, and still have time to decide if they’re qualified before incurring charges for your Sponsored Jobs.

Candidate Management

2. Matched candidates are now accessible through the side navigation bar

Now you can access matched candidates faster using the left navigation pane. “Matched candidates” refers to candidates whose resumes on Indeed match your job description. When you pay to post, you can immediately access these candidates and jumpstart your hiring by inviting specific candidates to apply.

3. Structured Interviews adds more objectivity to the hiring process

Employers can now bring a bit more structure and objectivity when interviewing their candidates. With the release of Interview Guides, you can select from the expert-written interview question bank based on the occupation you’re hiring for.

4. Capture a top-of-mind post-interview summary in your disposition

Now you can add a summary to your disposition after completing your interview. When your video interview on Indeed is over, you’ll be asked if you recommend your candidate for next steps, to which you have the option to reply Yes/Maybe/No as well as provide a rationale and note to yourself regarding the decision. The candidate will not see the decision or feedback.
