5 Ways Indeed Integrates with Your Hiring Process

Your company already has a great hiring process that doesn’t need to change when posting a job on Indeed. Use Indeed’s tools and functions to seamlessly integrate your existing processes with your Indeed Employer Dashboard.

Collaborate with your coworkers

You might need to vet candidates across departments before narrowing them down to a quality shortlist. You can add colleagues to your account from your Employer Dashboard, making it easy for other team members to review candidates and share comments and feedback.

With Indeed, no important stakeholder is left out of the hiring loop, because all relevant information about a candidate is in one easy place.

Keep your company confidential

You may need to keep your job post confidential for a variety of reasons. For example, you may be looking to replace an existing employee and a highly publicized job offer is exactly what you want to avoid.

If that’s the case, we’ll help you create a confidential job posting that will allow you to find the right candidate and keep your privacy.

Choose who reviews resumes first

As you’re posting your job, you can decide which email address should receive our application update emails for that position. If your workflow requires you to use a specific email address to receive resumes, simply input that email address to receive resumes when you’re posting your job. It doesn’t have to be the same email address you used to create your account.

Protect your contact information

When you message candidates through your Employer Dashboard, you have the option to hide your contact information while communicating with potential hires, allowing you to decide when to reveal your contact information to your candidates.

Control the process

Indeed is designed to give you control of all stages of the job posting process. You can edit your job description at any time. If you need time to catch up on reviewing resumes, you can pause a job post, which temporarily removes it from Indeed’s site. When you’re ready, you can change the status of your job post back to Open to put it back in search results.

And when you find the right candidate or if you decide you no longer wish to hire for the position, all you have to do is close your job from your Employer Dashboard.

When you use Indeed for a job post, you have the ability to control every part of the hiring process so that it’s as simple as possible.

From sharing resumes across departments to protecting your company’s contact information, Indeed will provide you with the tools you need for your hiring process.
