Matched candidates functionality will be available for all jobs on Indeed, including Indexed Jobs (those not originally posted on Indeed), as well as free-to-post. You can filter and refine matches to view candidates based on the amount of time they’ve spent in their current job, if they’ve recently updated their resume and when they were last active on Indeed. Smart Sourcing also helps you find talent for hard-to-fill roles using Boolean search words like AND and OR to narrow or broaden search results.
