Debt Resolution Pros is seeking a customer service focused Jr. Financial Consultant who will assist our Sr. Financial Consultants in briefly speaking with applicants, assembling applications, taking notes and compiling other relative information from those conversations, and then scheduling appointments for the Sr. Consultants as applicable. In this position you are often the first point of contact in helping American families and individuals improve their financial situations by paying off their debts faster and smarter, while being provided an hourly base and commissions. Responsibilities:

Manage client appointments and complete client applications to maximize production and efficiency

Place 25 calls per hour/200 calls per day and complete 35 apps per week

Keep up-to-date note logs using customer relationship management (CRM) software

Adhere to all internal and industry compliance regulations

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the collaborative environment

Support client base by answering questions and assisting with requests they have

Qualifications and Additional Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (a huge plus!)
