Our team, supporting The USN Next Generation Enterprise Networks Recompete (NGEN-R) Contract, has an immediate need for a Communications Network Technician 2 with demonstrated experience in troubleshooting Local Area Networks/Base Area Networks/Wide Area Networks (LAN/BAN/WAN), and other network related problems. Primary responsibilities include:

Administer LAN/BAN/WANs, schedule conversions and cutovers, and coordinate with all responsible users and sites

Work with the technicians and managers to troubleshoot outages and resolve network related issues

Create maintenance tickets

Understand, implement, and follow processes in accordance with current policies and procedures

Install and maintain network devices at the site
