JOB Duties

  • Serve as AFI's Designated Broker.
  • Maintain all state licensing requirements related to the Oklahoma brokerage.
  • Collaborate with AFI Leadership to ensure the Designated Broker and the Brokerage are maintaining all Georgia state filing requirements.
  • Be apprised of AFI's business practices as required to ensure compliance with Georgia Brokerage laws.

    Qualifications

  • Must hold an active Georgia Broker License
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Real Estate
  • Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
  • College degree preferred
  • Must provide list of 2-3 professional references
