We’re looking for an energetic, self-starting, and innovative individual to fill our open User Experience Design position. This person should possess strong skills in branding and graphic design, and have real-world experience with the latest UX trends and best practices.

This position will collaborate with a team of strategists and designers to determine user interface needs for each project and deliver high quality conceptual solutions. This position will also work closely with developers and other key stakeholders, ensuring the concepts are translated into functional web solutions.

What You’ll Do
  • Analyze current and potential websites to provide actionable recommendations based on user experience best practices.

  • Collaborate with the strategy team to develop a plan of action for site improvement for partners.

  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the live experience meets the criteria and functionality as presented in the visual concepts.
