Job Overview:

The ideal candidate for this position will be expected to complete construction projects from start to finish by planning, organizing, and controlling the projects onsite duties. • Minimum 1-3 years construction site experience
• 2-4 years commercial irrigation or erosion control experience preferred, not required
• A minimum of 2-4 years supervisory experience and/or training preferred
• A valid Colorado Driver License with a clean motor vehicle record is required. Class A CDL combination with Tanker Endorsements required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel at an intermediate level is preferred. Required to learn proprietary software
• Maintain strong customer service, problem solving, decision making, and strategic planning
• Ability to read and interpret plans and technical specifications
• Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy.
• Able to stay calm, even tempered, and not take things personally during stressful situations
• Must be able to respond quickly and stay composed in potential hazardous areas/situations
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Be committed to high quality performance including accuracy and thoroughness while working safely and efficiently
• Commitment to maintaining safe workplace environment and awareness of surrounding environment to identify potential hazards

• Acceptance and ability to work with and for diverse population Intermediate math and calculator skills are required
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and IT systems and programs
• Equipment operator license is a must. Knowledge of skidsteer, loader, excavator and dozer operation preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
