May also perform inventory control, including cycle count, data entry, report generation and reconciliation.

Essential Functions:

• Verify part condition and quantity against Purchase Orders and Repair Orders
• Receive orders against P.O.s, input information into inventory system and put stock away in warehouse
• Manage inventory of product stored in the warehouse; ensure inventory accuracy
• Update computer system with appropriate information and notes concerning received parts
• Make timely & accurate system updates
• Assist Operations Director and Inventory Control Manager as needed and directed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to perform, but not limited, to the following tasks:
• Be familiar with and able to interpret packing slips
• Identify the correct certification documents
• Enter into the computer the correct information to acknowledge receipt of the goods from the purchase order/repair order
• Verify all pertinent part information against system specifications
• Efficiently operate computers and proprietary software systems
• Word and Excel experience, a plus
• Proficient typing skills, a plus
• May require some heavy lifting (up to 65lbs.)
• Position requires sitting, standing, walking, lifting, and reaching
