Practice Manager education and training requirements
Practice Manager candidates typically have at least a bachelor’s degree in health care administration, public health or health information management. Many candidates applying for this role have a master’s degree in public health, health information management and technology, health care administration or business administration. Coursework includes medical terminology, health care management, human resources, accounting, health care law and ethics, providing practical training for these professionals to be effective in their roles.
