As part of the leadership team, you will make an impact by:

• Opening and closing the Store
• Help complete daily Store operations and tasks for the day
• Assists in unloading all merchandise from delivery trucks, organizes merchandise, and transfers merchandise from stockroom to store.
• Maintaining merchandise - product rotation, proper food handling, receiving, ensure product quality
• Providing exceptional customer service - building relationships, problem-solving, and building sales
• Cash handling - bank deposits, getting change for cashiers, setting and counting down registers
• Helping to build and train the team! Develop leadership skills while aiding in supervising sales associates in the performance of their assigned duties

If this sounds like you, make sure you also meet these requirements:

• Have 1-2 years of retail experience with progressively increasing responsibility
• Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting above shoulder height
• Schedule Availability: Ability to work flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to safely operate power equipment, such as slicing equipment, walkie lifts and forklifts where applicable
• This job may require you to occasionally respond to alarm calls during non-working hours and have the flexibility to work shifts at other stores in your local geographic area

• High School Diploma / Equivalent

Full-time Exempt Position in Great Falls

Duties:Directs the day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of the PACT team to include scheduling employee work hours, facilitate staff meetings, treatment planning meetings, continuously evaluate the status of clients and appropriate planning and coordination of treatment activities. Initiates and maintains relationships in coordination with employees, law enforcement,
other human service agencies, and with informal community resources (e.g., landlords and employers). Directs and coordinate the client admission process and treatment, rehabilitation, support services, and medications of the program in coordination with the psychiatrist and PACT standards. Develops and maintains program policies and procedures and revises as necessary. Performs emergency services both during and after normal work hours and performs on-call duty
for crisis intervention and for employee supervision and consultation. Participates in employee recruitment, interviewing, hiring, work assignments, orientation, and performance supervision. Assists in the development of the PACT program budget. Reports to the Intensive Service Line Director

Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in public health service, human services, non-profit management, business management, or any other related field, one-year management experience in administrative or program management and experience in health-related field preferably in mental illness and/or low-income populations is required OR Master's degree with LCPC, LCSW or licensed Psychologist is preferred. Must have strong clinical skills and experience
providing treatment to persons with severe and persistent mental illnesses. Must have a clear understanding of the characteristics and problems of adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses. Must have a strong commitment to the right and ability of each person with a severe and persistent mental illness to live in their community. Must possess the skills and competence to establish relationships with persons with severe and persistent mental illnesses. Respect for client rights and personal preferences in treatment are essential. Must have current MT Drivers

• A minimum of 2 years direct experience with CMMS required.
• A valid Class 5 Driver's License (or provincial equivalent) with no more than 6 demerits, and no current suspensions or charges pending required.
