· Manages all aspects of the association's website, including technical infrastructure, upkeep, troubleshooting and resolution of issues.

· Manages the maintenance and accuracy of website content. Writes, edits, codes, and publishes website content. Develops and designs pages.

· Utilizes established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to Java, PHP, XML, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#.

· Administers e-business functions between the website and AMS, including supporting the integration of AGA’s technology platforms. See details above under Database Administration.

· Works with staff to identify user needs and develop processes for increased productivity and increased user experience. Maintain and enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan, and identifying areas for modification and improvement.

Required Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

· 5+ years’ Microsoft SQL server administration experience.

· 3+ years’ experience managing iMIS or a similar AMS (Association Management System) and administration of MS SQL Server 2005/2008.

· Working knowledge of relational databases and advance knowledge/programming experience with SQL and Crystal Reports and Access; experience with SQL Reporting Services is highly desirable.

Job purpose

Assists the Webmaster and the Marketing team with updating and maintaining our websites in order to meet user needs, launch promotions, and attain our company-wide goals.
